I was debating whether to post or not and then thought I started this program by reading someone’s story, so here goes!

For 10 years I was in that constant war where I would be good all week and then completely binge every weekend. I was just stuck in that all or nothing trap and didn't know how to get out of my own way. But at the weekend just gone by I officially hit 75lbs lost!!! I am also just a few lbs off my next major goal and looking forward to checking in with Tom and the team this week.

I’ve still a good bit to go but love that I know now eventually after all these years what to do and how to do it. The mindset tools just stop that cycle dead. Hopefully this post may inspire someone who needs a bit of support to jump into the program.

I'm usually the last person to share anything personal like this, but I am just so proud of how far I have come. For the longest time, I was just going through the motions, convincing myself that my hormones were to blame and that my body was just meant to stay this way. I really felt like I had lost the version of myself that actually had energy and confidence.

There was a moment last year when I saw a photo someone took of me at a BBQ and it was a real wake up call! I didn't even recognize the person looking back. I’ve been waiting a while to send this because I wanted to make sure I was feeling truly great before I shared my journey. I am now down 30lbs and I finally feel like I have a story worth telling.

Before I found Tom, I was in a really dark place. I was struggling mentally and physically, just feeling completely stuck in a body that didn’t feel like mine anymore. I had spent years trying every diet available and every quick fix fad you can think of.

Sometimes I’d have a little success, but the weight always piled back on immediately because I didn't have the tools to handle real life. I had almost resigned myself to the idea that I was just weak and broken. I didn't like the person I was becoming or the way I kept breaking every single promise I made to myself.

I found the program by accident on instagram, and even though I saw the results other people were getting, I was still so skeptical. I told absolutely no one that I was starting because I was embarrassed by all my failed attempts in the past. I was convinced this would just be another thing I’d quit.

I wanted to share a photo that popped up in my google memories today. This was me exactly one year ago compared to right now. Looking at the two side by side, what a difference a year and a good shave makes!

In total, I have lost nearly 80lbs since I started. I’m actually heading off on a trip today and I was looking at my bags, and I suddenly realized the weight I have dropped is more than my holiday bags for me and my wife combined! There is no way on earth I could carry that amount of weight around with me all day anymore!

I started my journey with Tom last year and I’ve stayed consistent through the whole program. I am so determined to keep this off for good and the mindset stuff Tom teaches is the absolute secret. His own story and his understanding of the struggle is such a great motivation when things get tough.

Hey to my favorite group of people! I really felt like it was time to share how things are going with you all. If you knew the old me, you’d know I was the world champion of hiding. I absolutely hated the thought of a camera being pointed at me and would never have dreamed of posting a picture of myself online for the world to see. I was stuck in that cycle of self doubt, looking at everyone else's success and wondering if it would ever be my turn. I was the person sitting right where you are, scrolling through these posts and feeling like a total lost cause.

But let me tell you something from the bottom of my heart. You are capable of so much more than that voice in your head says!

Sticking to the plan and listening to Tom has completely changed the game for me. It’s about finally being able to look in the mirror and not want to look away. Is it a walk in the park? Not always. But it is straightforward if you just keep showing up and doing what you're told. It is a process and you just have to trust it. It’s about throwing on clothes and actually feeling good in them for once!

I used to have zero belief in myself. I was that person who thought I’d always be the outlier who couldn't make it work. I thought I didn't have the hours in the day or the energy. But when you just take it one day at a time and celebrate those little wins, everything starts to shift. The progress adds up before you even realize it and suddenly you’re standing there thinking "wow, I actually did it!" Don't get overwhelmed by the mountain at the end, just look at the step right in front of you.

I’ve got my spark back now. My family has their Monica back and I finally have my own life back too. If there are any other busy moms out there feeling like they can’t do this because the kids come first, please believe me when I say you can! They shouldn't be your excuse, they should be your reason to get healthy. It’s just a shift in how you look at things. Some days the kids might be with you on the walk and it’s not perfect, but getting it done is what counts! I’m living a life I never thought was for me and I don't regret a single second of the hard work.

This whole journey has given me so much more than just a smaller dress size. I know the ruts and I know the pain of feeling stuck, but there is light at the end of it if you just keep going.

You are worth every bit of effort! Just imagine what happens if you decide not to give up this time. That was my turning point. I decided I wasn't quitting and I stuck to it. Now I’m here, standing tall and actually proud to show my face and my progress. You owe it to yourself to see what you're capable of. You deserve this feeling too!

I will be forever grateful for the day I came across Tom’s videos online because they inspired me to finally commit! I was determined to push myself and achieve my absolute dream physique once and for all. I have tried every fitness program known to mankind, but this is just different! I’m still half convinced that Tom is some kind of wizard! My brain is honestly still trying to catch up with the dramatic changes I’ve made to my body and my whole way of living. I am approaching 60, but after this journey, I feel like I am only just getting started on the best part of my life.

I have been struggling with my weight and those relentless sugar cravings for as long as I can remember. I used to feel completely powerless when it came to sweets, like I had no say in the matter at all. I’d try different plans, but nothing ever clicked because I didn't have the right tools to handle the "head stuff" or the logic behind why I was doing what I was doing. I felt defeated and had almost accepted that at my age, this was just how life was going to be.

My daughter’s wedding was the big goal on the horizon. I desperately wanted a flat stomach for the photos and to feel confident standing next to her on her big day. I saw others transforming and I finally decided that enough was enough!

The biggest miracle for me was learning how to take my power back logically. Tom showed me how to handle those cravings without the drama. I am absolutely ecstatic with my progress! This journey has been a complete turnaround for me, and even though I’m still in the middle of it all, I feel like a new woman!

I honestly never thought I’d stick it out because, let's be real, when I hit 50, I hit a massive wall! I was at rock bottom hormonally and I’d fully convinced myself that menopause meant I was just destined to be the "fat one" forever. I felt completely broken! But after a few scary health wake up calls, I decided to give it 100% and just follow the process. Now I am healthier, I am fitter, and I actually know how to handle my life without the constant war in my head!

I’ve lost over 100 lbs and I’m just delighted! It turns out I wasn't broken after all, I just needed to stop listening to my own excuses and stories and start listening to the logic.

I’ve spent so many years being the person who stayed in the shadows. At parties or get-togethers, I’d find the furthest corner to hide in because I just felt so incredibly awkward and unhappy with how I looked. I had convinced myself that because of my PCOS and thyroid issues, I was just dealt a bad hand and that real change was off the table for me. I’m writing this because I finally feel like I have reached that summit I used to only look at from a distance. I started this journey because I was watching my health slip away month after month. For most of my adult life I struggled with the weight just creeping up and it felt like an impassable peak. The pounds began to chip away and with a bit of patience and trust I could see the transformation happening right in front of my eyes.

It isn't always easy but the process is straightforward once you decide to surrender to it. It is about so much more than just the physical work. It is the education on habits and breaking through those limiting beliefs that really makes the difference. Those daily inputs and the community cheering you on kept me focused when I might have drifted off course in the past.

Now I am living a completely different life. I am moving with a confidence I haven't felt in decades. I used to feel like I was just a passenger in my own life but now I am actually in the driver's seat again. I walk with my head held high and I don't feel that heavy burden I used to carry around every single day. Even my doctor was surprised at how much my health markers have improved lately. It is a total reversal of where I was heading.

The journey itself has been just as rewarding as seeing the final result. All those early morning walks and the steady, quiet progress were beyond worth it. If you are at the start of your own path and the climb feels too big to tackle, just remember that every massive change starts with one small step forward. You just have to keep moving and eventually you will find yourself standing where I am today, looking out at a completely different view.

This has been one of the greatest gifts I have ever given myself, both for my physical health and my peace of mind. I cannot thank Tom and the team enough. Not only has my physical shape completely changed, but so has my mindset and my entire relationship with food.

This has been my second time through the program and it really is the best thing I have ever done. Before this, I was exhausting myself training seven times a week and trying every diet like keto, but I was making zero progress. Once I committed to the logic and the process, everything finally clicked.

I’ve lost 23lbs in the last 16 weeks after a major plateau. I had a smaller goal when I started, but seeing how well this works made me realize I could push myself so much further than I thought! I still have a bit of a journey ahead of me to reach the final goal, but I had a moment recently that made it all feel real. I was looking at some pictures of myself from a few months back compared to how I look today and the change is just massive.

The best part of this whole experience happened just the other day when I was out on a hike with the fam. I was just moving easily and actually enjoying the fresh air instead of counting down the minutes until I could stop. I felt so proud of how much stronger I’m becoming!

Last year, I would try to stay active and just end up feeling completely drained and annoyed with myself. It’s such a relief to finally have a bit of energy back and to feel like I can actually keep up with life.

I’ve spent so much of my life feeling like I was just spinning my wheels. I’d try a plan, lose a bit, and then gain it all back plus some. It was that classic one step forward and two steps back that just leaves you feeling completely defeated. When I started this journey, I decided to just park my ego and follow the steps exactly as they were laid out. As the days turned into weeks, those simple tasks started to become second nature. By sticking to the process and staying committed to the basics, I have managed to drop 110lbs. It is hard to even put into words how that feels! I used to think I needed some complicated, high-tech solution, but it turns out the easy wins were right there waiting for me to take them. I reached a point where I didn't have to think about the ‘how’ anymore…. I just did it. I have found a real rhythm in my daily movement. It’s been two weeks since I finished with the program and I’m just so happy that this wonderful journey is still going strong. With the help of Tom and the team, I’ve finally managed to shift those soft, stubborn areas that I thought were just part of me forever. Everything feels so much flatter and tighter now, and I honestly don't know how I can ever say thank you enough. This has been a total life-changer for me! The benefits have been so much deeper than just the weight coming off. I have this sense of sheer joy and inner happiness that I haven’t felt in years, not to mention a real sense of personal achievement. This has been such an emotional journey to a place where I now have tears of real joy at how far I’ve come. People who haven't seen me in a while are genuinely shocked when they see the new me. Even I get a bit of a shock when I catch my reflection in a shop window 🤣. I don’t recognize myself physically or mentally, and it’s in the most brilliant way possible. The mindset skills Tom taught me have been totally transferable to the rest of my life: I’m using that focus and calm in everything I do now. I’m discovering that the possibilities are truly endless when you stop fighting yourself. I’ll definitely be staying on this path to make sure these habits are mastered for good. Looking at my transformation, I think my expression tells the whole story... to say I was miserable with how I felt at the start of this journey doesn't even begin to cover it. Like most folks, I had those self-defeating stories I told myself to justify the size I’d become. I wasn't fooling anyone but myself.

I’d tried other programs and just never followed through. So what was different this time? I can hear you wondering... it was the mental work and the support from Tom and the team. It all arrived at exactly the right moment. I used to blame a slow metabolism, but the step-by-step tasks showed me the real road to success.

My best advice is to listen, listen, and listen again. Do exactly what you are told when the advice is given. I’ve lost 68lbs and I am now the lightest I’ve been since my teenage years. It wasn’t always a walk in the park…. dragging myself out for those morning walks when the wind was bitter was tough, but it was beyond worth it. I used to think I’d have to slave away in a gym every day to see results, but a total mindset shift was the real secret.

If you want to do just one thing for yourself, do this! If you aren’t sure, just do it! This was the first time I ever actually prioritized my own health. I used to feel so much conflict about taking an hour out of the day for myself, but it ended up being the best thing I’ve ever done for my family as well as for me.

I really believed that my body was just "set" that way after three children and dealing with some long-term health hurdles. I thought I was a lost cause. But I saw others with similar issues absolutely crushing it with Tom’s program and it made me realize: why not me?

The process isn't complicated at all. You just follow the steps Tom gives you exactly as they are laid out. Now, my day doesn't feel complete without my walk. I am always checking in with myself to see if my small decisions are moving me toward my goals. I feel so much clearer and I have more energy than I’ve had in years!

Thank you all so much for such a brilliant programme. I know you hear this constantly but I really hope you truly understand how much you are changing lives for the better. My only real regret is not joining sooner. The whole thing is so educational and inspiring, and it truly works if you are willing to just be guided through it. I started with a totally open mind and very quickly I was seeing results and feeling more motivated than ever. I joined after seeing people get into incredible shape and I wanted that for myself too! I’ve finally shifted the weight in those stubborn areas that used to bother me, but more importantly, that constant fatigue I used to feel is just gone. I am healthier and have more energy now than I ever thought possible.

My advice for anyone wanting to succeed is simply to be open to being led and don't try to do your own remix of the plan. It is only a few months, which is nothing in the grand scheme of things, so always keep your end goal and the reason you started in your head!

I just wanted to say a massive thank you for the most incredible experience. Honestly, I feel like I’ve been on every single plan under the sun since I was a teenager! I jumped into this because I kept seeing a mate absolutely transforming himself. To be fair, I didn't have much hope for my own progress especially being in my 50s and hearing from everyone that shifting the lower stomach fat at my age was basically impossible. But within like two weeks I was totally hooked. And the biggest shock was that I was actually having a good time with it. I’d seen what other people had achieved, but I never in a million years thought I’d be one of those before and after success stories.

Now, I’m officially down over 70lbs! It’s not exactly brain surgery. You just have to listen to Tom and do exactly what he says. That’s what I did and just look at the difference. It might sound a bit cheesy, but this went from being a scary diet to just how I live my life now.

A year into the journey and I can truly say this has completely transformed my life!

I’d been struggling with my weight for as long as I can remember. Between the high-stress job and the constant mindless eating, I’d pretty much given up on my health. I just didn't see the point in fighting it anymore.

I’d actually looked at the logic and limbic program a few times before and walked away. I always had an excuse ready…work was too crazy, too many commitments, too much stress. But the truth was I was just scared of what would happen if I actually tried and it didn't work. I’d spent decades gaining weight one stressful day at a time and I was well on my way to a very dark place. I was always exhausted, always reaching for food to cope, and I was slowly cutting myself off from the world.

A year ago, I finally decided to stop the excuses and just start.

One year later, I’ve turned my entire life around! Looking at my before and after photos is just unreal. But the real power of this is how it changes how you fundamentally feel on the inside. I haven't been this happy in years and my family is so glad to have the real me back. I’ve learned to use food as fuel and movement to change my head space when work gets tough! I have boundless energy now and I’m actually enjoying life to the fullest again. My confidence is back and I can finally look in the mirror without wanting to look away.

Breaking through those first few weeks helped me face fear after fear. I'm doing things now I never thought were possible! The journey hasn't always been a walk in the park but I’m so grateful for the support that cheered me on every step of the way.
The effort has been 100% worth it and I know this change is for keeps. It addressed the root causes of why I was eating mindlessly and fixed my habits for good. I’ve already put it to the test: life is still stressful and work is still busy, but the things that used to make me reach for food just don't have that power over me anymore.

This is just my way of life now!

Sort the brain out and the body just follows!! 30 pounds gone and I’ve finally found my hourglass figure again. THANK YOU Tom and the whole coaching crew for helping me feel like a human being again!

I really wasn't going to post these photos, but I’ve been so inspired by everyone else's stories that I just had to share mine in case it helps someone else. Between work, life, and everything else, I’d totally lost my spark. To everyone else, I looked like I had it all together, but I just didn't feel like me anymore.

I knew something had to give. I’d seen the program on insta and signed up, but honestly? I wasn't 100% sold. I just thought, well, I’ve paid the money now, I may as well see what this Tom fella has to say! Within a week days, I was absolutely hooked. No one was going to stop me. I didn't realize how badly I needed to just take a bit of time for myself. It’s hard to find even a minute of peace sometimes, but I made it happen!

I feel amazing right now. I’ve dropped 30lbs and for the first time in years, I actually feel in total control of my brain and my body when it comes to food and exercise. The way the program merges the science with the mindset is just perfect. I might have tried to lose weight on my own before, but I never would have stuck with it or actually changed how I think.

I still catch my reflection sometimes and have to do a double-take 😂. Wait, is that actually me?! For anyone else out there who is super busy and thinking "I can't possibly find time to walk every day," I’m telling you: just do it! Please just try. At the start, I was definitely cursing Tom under my breath during those walks, but by the end, I was thinking, "God bless this man, he’s actually done it!"

I looked like a total nutcase walking in all weathers, but it’s so simple and it works. You have to take that time for yourself. I’m a much healthier, fitter, and most importantly, happy version of myself now.

I’m not stopping here either! I’m not sure I can get by without the weekly support anymore. I think I’d have total withdrawal symptoms! Tom, if you’re ever bored, feel free to send a few voice notes my way 😂.

I started this journey last year totally filled with doubt and just hoping that maybe, just maybe, I’d lose a tiny bit of weight. I’d spent so long feeling uncomfortable in my own skin and just completely worn out by the whole struggle. I honestly didn't think anything would ever work for me!

The photos I’ve sent over are exactly one year apart, but the woman in that second picture feels like a different person entirely. The biggest change isn't even the shape of me, it’s what’s happened on the inside. I feel like I’ve finally unearthed the real me... the one I haven’t seen in a very, very long time. And let me tell you, it feels absolutely fantastic!
